Yellow Brick Road

Mission

To inspire hope in, serve, and support those families affected by congenital heart disease.

Goals

Yellow Brick Road: The Holden Flynn Foundation seeks to serve the community through raising awareness for congenital heart disease, supporting those children and families affected by the illness, enriching the lives of critically ill children through our wagon project, and looking ahead towards the eradication of CHD.

AWARENESS

Congenital Heart Disease is the most common birth defect affecting 1 in 100 children worldwide, and research for the disease is grossly underfunded. We seek to change that.

support

Care bags and financial assistance allow families stuck in the hospital to focus on recovery. Our scholarship program gives them peace of mind that hospital bills won't prevent their children from going to college.

the wagon project

We provide hospitals with wagons capable of towing IV poles. The wagons are made of non-porous materials and stainless steel. They provide critically ill children with a much needed escape their hospital room.

Looking Ahead

Our ultimate goal is simple: the end of CHD. We will continue to raise funds, promote awareness, and lobby the legislature to make that a reality.
